Commitment of member firms

Members of the AIRMS are bound by strict and recognized quality standards in the survey industry.

Any dispute between a client and a member company may be submitted to the AIRMS Board of Management by either party. The Association undertakes to review the facts of the case, verify the research conducted, and recommend appropriate solutions.
